JeedBuzz Terms and Conditions

Welcome to JeedBuzz. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and JeedBuzz ("JeedBuzz", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the JeedBuzz platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at jeedbuzz.vip.

By creating a JeedBuzz account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the JeedBuzz platform.

JeedBuzz is designed for players in Bangladesh who are looking for a reliable, fair, and enjoyable online gaming experience. JeedBuzz reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be underage, their account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned minus any amounts already wagered.

Each player is permitted to hold one JeedBuzz account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. JeedBuzz uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates will be closed without notice.

When registering your JeedBuzz account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. Providing false information at registration is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your JeedBuzz account. This includes:

• Choosing a strong, unique password that you do not use on other platforms.
• Enabling two-factor authentication where available.
• Never sharing your login credentials with any other person.
• Logging out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Notifying JeedBuzz support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

JeedBuzz will never contact you by email, SMS, or live chat to ask for your password. Any communication claiming to be from JeedBuzz that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected].

JeedBuzz supports bKash, Nagad, and Rocket for all deposits and withdrawals. These are the only payment methods currently accepted on the JeedBuzz platform. All transactions must be made using a payment account registered in your own name — third-party payments are not permitted.

The minimum deposit on JeedBuzz is ৳20. There is no maximum deposit limit, though JeedBuzz reserves the right to apply limits to individual accounts where necessary for security or compliance reasons. Deposits are credited to your JeedBuzz account instantly in most cases.

Withdrawal requests are processed by the JeedBuzz finance team. Most withdrawals are completed within a few hours of submission. JeedBuzz does not impose withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit.
• JeedBuzz may request identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5.
• JeedBuzz reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawals where fraud or money laundering is suspected.

JeedBuzz offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term takes precedence.

All JeedBuzz bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. This means that before you can withdraw funds derived from a bonus, you must wager the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) a certain number of times. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated on the promotion page.

• Bonuses are credited to your JeedBuzz account automatically upon meeting the qualifying conditions.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated.
• JeedBuzz reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, exploiting technical errors, or colluding with other players — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and account suspension.
• Free spins winnings are subject to the same wagering requirements as cash bonuses unless otherwise stated.

JeedBuzz monitors bonus usage and reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where it determines that a player has acted in bad faith or in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion.

All games available on JeedBuzz — including Dino Hunter, Ways of the Qilin, Plants vs Dino, Dragon and Tiger, Monkey King, Multi Bet, Treasure Hunt, and all other titles — are independently audited for fairness by certified third-party testing laboratories. Game results on JeedBuzz are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Once a game round is completed and the result is confirmed by the system, that result is final and cannot be reversed except in cases of a verified technical error on the JeedBuzz platform.

• JeedBuzz is not responsible for losses resulting from connectivity issues, device failures, or power outages on the player's side during a game session.
• In the event of a game malfunction or technical error on the JeedBuzz platform, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Players must not use any software, tool, or method designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Collusion between players in multiplayer games is strictly prohibited.

JeedBuzz expects all players to conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner at all times while using the platform. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure:

• Using abusive, threatening, or offensive language toward JeedBuzz staff or other players.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the JeedBuzz platform or its underlying systems.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in money laundering or using JeedBuzz to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Providing false information to JeedBuzz staff or in support communications.
• Attempting to exploit errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain.
• Sharing or selling your JeedBuzz account to another person.

JeedBuzz cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies. Where required by law, JeedBuzz will disclose player information and transaction records to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the player.

JeedBuzz is committed to promoting responsible gambling. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any JeedBuzz content without prior written permission from JeedBuzz. Unauthorised use of JeedBuzz intellectual property may result in legal action.

Your use of the JeedBuzz platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to download, copy, or redistribute any platform content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JeedBuzz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

JeedBuzz's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• JeedBuzz is not liable for losses caused by events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, payment provider failures, or force majeure events.
• JeedBuzz does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and may suspend services for maintenance without prior notice.
• JeedBuzz is not responsible for any tax obligations arising from your winnings. Players are responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes in their jurisdiction.

You may close your JeedBuzz account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

JeedBuzz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A player has violated any provision of these Terms.
• A player has provided false or misleading information.
• Fraudulent activity or money laundering is suspected.
• A player has been found to be underage.
• A player has requested self-exclusion.
• JeedBuzz is required to do so by law or regulatory authority.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, JeedBuzz reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a violation, the balance may be forfeited.

JeedBuzz reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, JeedBuzz will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the JeedBuzz platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
